Delete Your Race Data Tracker Account

Race Data Tracker users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Race Data Tracker is operated by Big Fat Rooster LLC.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Race Data Tracker account, contact us through the Contact page on the Race Data Tracker website.

Please provide the email address associated with your Race Data Tracker account so we can identify the correct account.

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify that you are the account owner before completing the request.

What Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or remove personal information associated specifically with your Race Data Tracker user account, where applicable.

This may include:

Your Race Data Tracker user account
Your account profile information
Your email address associated with the account
User authentication records where deletion is supported
Device authorization information associated with your account
Personal application settings associated only with your account

Race Team Data

Race Data Tracker is designed for use by race teams, and some information may belong to a shared team rather than to an individual user.

Team information may include:

Cars
Race weekends
Setup sheets
Chassis measurements
Suspension settings
Geometry information
Tire records
Shock and spring records
Lap times
Driver feedback
At-track data
Checklists
Notes
Other shared racing information

Deleting your personal account does not necessarily delete shared team data that other authorized team members rely on.

Where appropriate, your personal account information may be removed or disassociated from retained team records while the underlying team data remains available to authorized team members.

Team Owners

If you are the owner of a Race Data Tracker team, ownership may need to be transferred or the team closed before your account can be completely deleted.

We may contact you for additional instructions if your account currently owns an active team.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Race Data Tracker account does not automatically guarantee cancellation of a subscription billed through a third-party provider.

If you have an active subscription, you should also cancel it through the service where the subscription was purchased.

This may include:

Google Play
Apple App Store
Microsoft Store
Stripe

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate processes.

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

Financial and transaction records
Fraud prevention
Security
Legal compliance
Resolving disputes
Enforcing agreements
Protecting Race Data Tracker users and systems

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Backup systems may also retain deleted information temporarily until normal backup rotation or deletion processes are completed.

How Long Deletion Takes

We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request.

We may contact you if additional information or verification is required.
